Etienne is currently the CEO of Symphonise Consulting where he focuses on making a positive impact through the company’s portfolio of training and consulting services. Etienne has nearly 30 years of experience in IT Service Management, and for the last decade has focused on strategic alignment between business and IT through Digital Transformation and Governance implementation projects. 

Etienne's proudest achievement is pivoting Symphonise Consulting to become an ATO, in the turbulence of 2020, after providing training and consulting services to partner ATOs for many years.

Mostafa is currently focused on developing GRC management systems. This includes conducting assessment and audit, delivering training and developing management systems and processes.

Melanie is an entrepreneur who first founded Bob’s Business, a cyber security awareness training company, in 2008; since then, she has become one of the leaders in the industry.

Melanie is the catalyst behind several community-driven projects, directing UKC3 and founding the Yorkshire Cyber Security Cluster - non-profit organisations. Her tireless work for the industry and others earned her a 2022 New Years honours for services to Business and Cybersecurity.

I have recently completed an 18-month engagement within government, where I was the Lead SIAM Architect for $125M Shared Services organisation. I lead the strategy for SIAM and the ITIL based operating model, included integration with COBIT and SFIA, and created a Cybersecurity overlay using the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
