Bikram has been a passionate educator who has travelled across the globe to help bring people to the other side of the certification.

Tumpa works as a Business Analyst in a PMO Team. She has been in the Media industry for 8+ years, delivering IT solutions in cross-functional business environments using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Her role is a bridge helping collabaration between Technology and Business stakeholders and supporting Project Managers in implementing successful projects by:

• Performing gap analysis and formulating future workflows
• Eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Guiding business users for User Acceptance Testing and helping them adapt to change

Tumpa holds a degree in MBA-IT from Symbiosis, India and Agile BA ® Practitioner from APMG International
