FAQs

Is there a sample paper I can practice on?

Yes, all candidates can access a sample paper to practice on via the candidate portal. Access to the candidate portal is given once your training organisation has registered your exam with APMG.

When will I receive my results?

Provisional results are fed back to candidates at the end of the online exam.

APMG will formally process and confirm results within 2 working days of receipt of the completed paper.

How do I claim my digital badge?

Once you've been notified that you've passed your exam - you will have the option to create a digital badge in APMG's candidate portal.

To do this, visit APMG's candidate portal, view your exam results and select "Create Badge". This takes you to the Credly website where digital badges are hosted. You will be guided through the quick and easy Credly account creation process. Once you have created your account you will be able to login and accept your pending badge

Can I take any books or supporting material into the exam?

No, these exams are only available as closed book.
