Agile Business Analysts are a critical part of any effective Agile team. Aside from helping the team analyse and understand the business requirements, Agile Business Analysts also act as business coaches to the Agile Project Management team. Facilitating dialogue between the business and the Agile Project Management team is critical to identifying gaps and delivering customer value.
