Yogyata is working as a Product change leader in the semiconductor industry which is the largest supplier of photolithography systems. She has experience in Operational and Organization Change Management which involves service and product based industries. Her experience spans; commercial, supply chain, operations & technology and across culture and behavioural change, new operating implementations of tools and process-driven business change. She is a passionate change management professional making a positive impact on people, products, and processes in the evolving world of modern business. The fact that she chose to work within Change Management, was in no way a random decision, but a choice based on how much she loves doing what she does - which is what fuels her ambition and determination to grow and be the best version of herself, both professionally as well as personally.

What is Yogyata's proudest achievement?

To be able to participate in a public forum like this with Change management expertise represented across the globe, and to talk about something she is passionate about which is Change Management.

Shontelle Bryan

Shontelle Bryan’s expertise is in organisational change consulting and training. In the Consultancy practice, she works predominantly with Corporate Executives to help them realize their vision for the organisation when new ways of working are implemented.  Shontelle allows Corporate Executives to ‘dream’ of how the future would look and go beyond the conventional, to a future that is streamlined and allows for agility in the marketplace.

Shontelle holds an MBA from Durham University UK, she is an APMG accredited trainer in Change Management and certified in Emotional Intelligence.  She is also qualified with the British Psychological Society to administer Occupational, Ability and Personality tests.

Shontelle’s proudest achievement: My proudest achievement is to see businesses that procured our consultin services transformed, working efficiently and sustaining the new ways of working.  I am also equally proud of our APMG Change Management online courses.

John Millar

Project Management Assessor and Coach, Leeds City College

John currently coaches apprentices studying for a variety of business qualifications, including project management.

Before retraining as a business teacher in further education, John worked for almost 40 years in the UK Civil Service in a variety of policy and delivery roles – mainly covering business support and regeneration programmes. For the last 30 years, John has lived and worked in Yorkshire and was closely involved in the introduction by the current government of city region mayors and new regeneration programmes controlled by them.

He is also Chair of Governors for a local primary school. John's proudest achievement is his two children and obtaining a teaching degree in my 60s. 

Bev Andrews

Director, ASPIRE Change Management

Bev is an experienced Change Management specialist who has devoted the past 20 years of her career to delivering business solutions across a broad range of services in a diverse set of industries. Bev has extensive experience in Organisational Management – managing, developing and facilitating change in order to achieve organisational improvement and transformation. 

During her career, Bev has worked within organisations of different shapes and sizes, resources, health, finance and State/Local government. Bringing this experience to ASPIRE Change Management, Bev continues to provide the highest level of practical and empowering change management support, training and advice to Australian businesses. 

Her most recent engagement was with a Western Australia-based health organisation, where she established the Enterprise change function and built a team of 10 – developing 6 analysts from internal resources, and 2 change managers.
