How can we finally move beyond traditional project management and deliver real, lasting impact?

Join us

This webinar will explore why so many organisations continue to struggle with project success, even though the principles, methods, and lessons are well known. The issue is no longer about knowing the “dos and don’ts,” but about addressing the deeper challenges of change management, culture, and behaviour. By unlocking the collective experience of people and rethinking the way we collaborate, organisations can move past repeating the same mistakes. Building an open, safe, and supportive ecosystem is the key to empowering not just the small percentage already engaged with professional bodies and best practices, but the much larger group who have yet to connect with them.

BPUG

The Best Practice User Group (BPUG) is committed to leading this transformation—helping connect communities, share knowledge, and drive meaningful change. This session is part of a wider series, including the Showcase (end of November) and an upcoming MOOC, all aimed at building the next level of maturity in project and change management.

Who Should Attend?

This event will be delivered in English, but it is especially relevant for the Dutch project management community and anyone working in or with Dutch organisations.

It is designed for:

  • Project and Change Managers striving to increase success rates.
  • Organisational leaders seeking sustainable transformation.
  • Professionals whose organisations are still at the start of the maturity journey.
  • Anyone who wants to build stronger ecosystems for learning and collaboration.

Key takeaways

  • Why traditional project methods alone cannot secure success.
  • The critical role of organisational behaviour and change management in reducing project failure.
  • How ecosystems like BPUG can accelerate maturity and deliver greater impact.
  • Why it’s time to shift focus from the “1%” who already know best practices to the “99%” still waiting to benefit.

Join us to discover how collective experience can transform project outcomes—and how you and your organisation can finally stop repeating the same failures.
