Focus on Professional Memberships

19. Level Up your Project and Change Management

Projects and Change are so closely interwoven that it is hard to imagine one being successful without addressing the other. In this episode of our popular Q&A show we get to hear from an experienced panel of experts how they would approach specific situations.

Our chosen focus topic this week is how to leverage professional memberships. Which ones are available to Project and Change Managers, how do you access them and what benefits might be available to you on joining.

Submit your questions and vote on others

Join us on this show and in the first half, we have general Q&A so you can ask anything relating to Project and Change Management.

In the second half we focus on Professional Memberships, which ones are available, how to join and whether you should be looking regionally, nationally or worldwide.

Example questions could include:

  • What was the most challenging project you worked on?
  • How would the panel approach Agile projects where change is fast and furious?
  • How do I get to do new roles on projects as a contractor?
  • When did the panel first begin working on projects?

APMG use SLIDO.com as our question platform. You can add your questions, and vote on others. The most popular questions are prioritised and get a little more time.  You can add your questions now and even during the show. It’s great fun and easy to do.
