The 'flipped classroom' method
In many training courses, the teacher is the leader of the lesson, the focus of attention and the primary disseminator of the information. The teacher shows his presentation, often in the form of Powerpoint slides, answers questions, lets the participants practice the theory and gives feedback.
Participants in the flipped classroom are more involved. They study the theory at home and during the lesson they work on problems live independently or in small groups under the guidance of a change guide.
