Jan-Willem Middelburg is a Dutch entrepreneur and author, with a passion for technology and innovation. The company was founded in 2019, and now operates all over the world.

Jan-Willem is also a prolific author, and his ground-breaking work on service automation and big data has been widely recognized and acclaimed. His Service Automation Framework, published in 2017, has become a definitive guide for organizations looking to streamline their service delivery processes and improve customer satisfaction. His latest book, the Enterprise Big Data Framework, published in 2023, offers a comprehensive approach to managing and leveraging big data for competitive advantage.
