Patrick is a consultant and educator with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations adopt and adapt best practice frameworks.

His areas of expertise include IT service management, governance, information security, project management and Agile practices, and organizational change management.

Patrick holds certifications as many disciplines including ITSM, governance, project management, Agile, etc.  He is an expert speaker at many national and global industry events, and has authored a wide variety of published articles, including being host of the Making IT Work vlog on YouTube.

Jon is director of professional practices and innovation in ISACA’s Content Development and Services department. In this role, he leads audit, emerging technology, information technology, information security, privacy, and risk thought leadership initiatives relevant to ISACA’s constituents.

He serves ISACA® departments as a subject matter expert on information security, spearheads innovative workforce readiness solutions and related performance assessments. Brandt is a highly accomplished US Navy veteran with nearly 30 years of experience spanning multidisciplinary security, cyberoperations and technical workforce development. Formal education includes an MSED in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University and BS in Cybersecurity from Champlain College.

Dr. Curtis has a proven track record of creating global information assurance programs for government, commercial, international, and healthcare sectors. He leads teams that assess various aspects of risk and ensures compliance with applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements. In addition, Blake manages large initiatives that leverage a combination of governance and security frameworks to develop tailored programs for enterprises.

Greg has been building and securing information technology for over thirty years, twenty of them focused on information security. In addition to risk management and network defense for U.S. Federal customers, Greg has helped hundreds of commercial organizations stay secure. Greg has supported a broad array of reference architecture and guidance from cryptography to security automation. He was the lead author for the NIST Framework for improving critical infrastructure cybersecurity and ISACA's CSF implementation guide.
