Richard Campbell

Richard is responsible for developing and delivering the Agile Business Consortium's portfolio of products that advance business agility. The Consortium's products help organisations respond more effectively to the complex and volatile world in which we operate. As the professional body for business agility, the Consortium's products help individuals grow their competence in the application of agile principles. Richard has spent his career working in the advanced technology sector, in a mix of commercial and product management roles in the communications, defence, finance, and transportation sectors.

Richard's proudest achievement includes being a passionate ecologist, technologist, and practical problem solver. He has designed and built two houses with strong ecological credentials.

Bina Champaneria

Project Management Trainer

Bina is an Associate Trainer specialised in AgilePM, PRINCE2 and PRINCE Agile. She boasts a diverse career history, spanning various fields such as fashion, CAD/CAM, EPoS, and Education. Bina's journey took her to an international university in the Netherlands, where she not only developed courses in project management and business subjects but also managed their projects, including an EU-funded initiative involving 8 international partners.

Additionally, Bina has managed significant projects for the universities of Bradford and Leeds, and she has project management experience in CAD/CAM and EPoS system manufacturing. She's delivered IT systems training worldwide and contributed to two books by Peter Taylor: "The Projectless Manager" and "AI and the Project Manager."

Bina has also hosted a webinar for Knowledge Train titled "Project Manage Your Life.

Bina's proudest achievement is her ability to adapt and reinvent herself professionally. She recently returned to the UK after moving to the Netherlands, where she managed projects for two universities. Today, she's an Associate Trainer with a strong professional network and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Cath Convery

Director

Since founding Explosive Learning Solutions with her husband in 2005, Cath has immersed herself in risk, change, and project management. Cath's career spans both public and private sectors, specializing more recently in Contract Management and Procurement Training, with over 30 years of invaluable experience. As a seasoned professional Cath, seamlessly navigates the intricacies of the Contract Management Lifecycle, providing expert advice and delivering comprehensive training—from business case development through sourcing to meticulous contract management. Committed to continual professional development, Cath is not only a practitioner but an avid reader, ensuring her knowledge is ever-evolving.

Cath Convey, founder of a successful Learning and Development company. Cath's proudest achievement, over 30 years of marriage to her husband, both military veterans. They have served globally, raised three children, and run their company for 20 years, impacting clients in both the public and private sectors worldwide. Remarkably, they haven't killed each other!

Mark Rozner

Founder and Principal Consultant, Sunrise Path LLC

Mark Rozner has over four decades of leadership experience in highly visible and complex health care, financial services, and corporate support organizations. He founded Sunrise Path LLC in 2018, a continuation of his passion for transforming how healthcare is delivered and shaping the craft of project management. Recently semi-retired, he dedicates much of his time and energy into transferring his knowledge to future generations through mentoring and regularly contributing to online communities. An active member of the Project Management Institute since 2003, receiving his PMP Certification. He also has certifications in change acceleration and quality management.

Mark is most proud of his time working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality, safety, and satisfaction of patient care.  He led projects at multiple regional health systems, including work to implement standardized physician order-sets, create clinician consortiums across the system, and leading a portfolio of projects addressing preventable harm in the hospital.

Ekta Singh

Operations Director, Thought Agile Ltd

Ekta is the Management Consultant at Cognizant specialising in PM/PMO roles. She is currently assigned within the Haleon Quality Supply Chain group as Programme PMO lead with key focus on managing finances. Ekta has over 10 years of overall project management experience

As the programme manager for GSK’s R&D Tech separation, I led a £22m project, delivering it ahead of schedule and under budget, saving £1.5m. Managing this complex initiative to a successful conclusion, significantly exceeding expectations, stands as Ekta's proudest achievement
