Jackie Hewett

Senior PPM Solutions Consultant at QA Ltd

As a solutions consultant, Jackie currently works with many corporate clients to design and deliver bespoke project and programme solutions, predominantly focusing on learning interventions and workshops.

For 15 years previously, Jackie trained thousands of individuals in the PPM space, covering programme, project, and change management, agile methods, and business analysis.

Jackie developed and delivered solutions for all modalities, including classroom, virtual classroom, eLearning, and blended solutions. Her project experience has been primarily in the Insurance and HR sectors within private, public sectors, and charities. She is a passionate advocate of practicing the best practices she consults on and teaches.

 

David McCreery

Consultant, Althris

David is highly engaged in projects as a practitioner, coach and mentor to project managers and project sponsors. His practical and controlled approach in difficult project situations has helped many project managers work through key project bottlenecks.

David's project experience has been built up over 30 years across a wide range of sectors including Finance, the public sector, utilities and healthcare. David has managed projects across EMEA and has an in-depth experience dealing with business change projects. High profile and highly time sensitive projects have been a focus of his career and he is acutely aware of the need for project manager to be expertly controlled communicators.

Proudest Achievements?

  • David is very proud of the feedback that he gets from training and particularly proud from L&D team in Dublin City University that said it was the best training ever.
  • David has also started to relearn Artificial Intelligence and machine learning after a 30-year absence, including completion of a scholarship program in it.

Samuel Jurawan

Director of Change Managers Collective & Change Manager at Criteo

Samuel is a Change Management Consultant, specialising in Cultural Change and Stakeholder Management.

He has worked in a number of industries and fields, including Travel, Logistics, Commerce and Advertising. He has also supported the growth and expansion of businesses to new markets in the baltic region from a Change and Strategic perspective.

His proudest achievement is foundation of his collective company "Change Managers Collective" whose goal is to raise awareness to the need of Change Management for the success and growth of businesses.

Ket Patel

Business Change Consultant, Marlowe Consulting

Ket is an accredited Change Management Institute Master Practitioner and has over 20 years experience across private and public sector organisations. His specialisms include target operating model design, process improvement and service design initiatives - driven by leveraging new technologies whilst keeping the focus on actions that support the people impacted to realize the intended benefits. 

He is a passionate educator and advocate for exemplary change practice. In his role with the Change Management Institute he works to establish collaboration opportunities with third parties to further the reach of Change Management as a valuable business discipline and to continue to push the boundaries of how we evolve change management practice for the wider community. As the founder of the community - Change Reactions - he works to raise awareness of Change Management tools, methods and behaviours to encourage the next generation of change practitioners to forge a career in Change.

Adrian Pyne

Director of Consulting, Pyne Consulting Limited

Although partly retired, Adrian is Head of Governance and Trustee of MyMelanoma, a new cancer research organisation. He is author of various works, notably the book Agile Beyond IT, adviser, coach, visiting lecturer and writer on organisational and project management agility.

Adrian is a 35 year project professional in 11 commercial industries and the public sector, in the UK and abroad.

Now a Fellow of the Association of Project Management, he has been an active member since the early ‘90s, especially in programme, portfolio and stakeholder management, governance, agility and a diversity champion.

Adrian's proudest achievement is publishing Agile Beyond IT which brings together over a decade of research, 35 years of experience and learning by himself and others into the adaptation of agility to the project profession as a whole.
