Bev Andrews

Director, ASPIRE Change Management

Bev is an experienced Change Management specialist who has devoted the past 20 years of her career to delivering business solutions across a broad range of services in a diverse set of industries. Bev has extensive experience in Organisational Management – managing, developing and facilitating change in order to achieve organisational improvement and transformation. 

During her career, Bev has worked within organisations of different shapes and sizes, resources, health, finance and State/Local government. Bringing this experience to ASPIRE Change Management, Bev continues to provide the highest level of practical and empowering change management support, training and advice to Australian businesses. 

Her most recent engagement was with a Western Australia-based health organisation, where she established the Enterprise change function and built a team of 10 – developing 6 analysts from internal resources, and 2 change managers.

Jon (Jonathan) Woad

Manager in the Public Sector team, Baringa Partners LLP

Jon is a Manager with London-headquartered worldwide management consultancy Baringa Partners.He focusses on Strategy, Transformation Portfolio Management, and Business Cases, working with clients across a number of sectors, including most recently Policing and Health. Jon is also an accredited Better Business Cases trainer.

Jon's proudest achievement was helping procure COVID vaccines during the pandemic, co-authoring Business Cases which directly saved lives, and more recently helping secure investment for revolutionary new Data capabilities for the Health service.

Sheila Roberts

Chief Progress Officer for Resilience Professionals Ltd

Sheila Roberts is the Chief Progress Officer for Resilience Professionals Ltd. She has more than three decades of PPM experience, leading project professionals to deliver successful initiatives. She is accredited in many PPM and supports Best Practices. Sheila is passionate about the need for resilience and facilitating progress. Sheila is a co-author of ‘Business Resilience; A practical guide to sustained progress delivered at pace.’ She led the development of the Resilience Profile and other unique tools in the Business Resilience Framework.

Sheila is a Consultant, Assessor and Trainer in PPM and Business Resilience. She is a recognised specialist holding positions as Chair of Examiners and Chartered Assessor, in addition to being a Chartered Project Professional herself. She has been elected by competitor organisations as Chair of the PPM Training industry body, the Association for Training Excellence.In her spare time Sheila loves to read, walk, cycle and participates in car related activities with her family.

Adrian Dooley

Lead Author of the Praxis Framework

Originally a construction project manager, he became involved in the development of project planning software for PC's in the early 1980's. In 1984 he set up a training and consultancy company, The Projects Group, and ran that until its sale in 2008. Adrian was a founder member of Project Manager Today Magazine and Project Management Exhibitions Ltd. From 1996 to 2000, he served on the APM Council and during that period was the Head of Professional Development. 

A frequent author and commentator on Project Management, Adrian has been published in Professional Engineer, Computer Weekly and The Daily Telegraph amongst others.

In 2011, he was the lead author of the 6th Edition of the APM’s Body of Knowledge and built on that experience to create the Praxis Framework which was launched in 2014.
