With three years of experience in social media, known for creating impactful marketing campaigns, executing live events, and developing effective social media strategies. Skilled at creating engaging social media content, including videos, and passionate about using Canva for design projects. Currently pursuing a BA Honours degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, and Related Support Services at The Open University, set to graduate in 2026.

Rachel is an experienced Project, Programme and PMO Professional with over 25 years experience in the NHS and Education sectors and specialises in complex integration and transformation delivery.

In her current PMO role Rachel has worked on the migration of the PMO from serving a single organisation to multiple organisations enabling the delivery and governance of the System Transformation Portfolio in Nottinghamshire.

An experienced Leadership Coach and Mentor, Rachel regularly speaks at conferences and events advocating a coaching and mentoring approach to project and programme management capability development, in particular the role the PMO can play in enabling this.

Rachel's proudest achievement?

• In 2020 I was redeployed from my NHS PMO role to manage the development and delivery programme for Nottinghamshire’s Covid-19 outbreak and community testing response.  Working in an extreme VUCA environment, it was the most challenging programme I have ever undertaken and successfully delivered.

Svetlana Sidenko is an accomplished leader in Business Relationship Management (BRM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with over two decades of experience in business and IT transformation. As a ten-year partner of the BRM Institute, she has excelled as a BRM coach and practice leader and is recognized as a BRM Institute Master Knowledge Provider.

Her expertise was acknowledged when she was named "BRM of the Year 2024." As a Vice -President, at IT Chapter, Svetlana has pioneered and advanced BRM principles in her role as a mentor, where she has trained and coached a new generation of BRM and ITSM professionals for the past 15 years. Svetlana is a MSc in Administration, PhD (c) in Computer Science , Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM), and holds other industry certifications such as ITIL MP & SL, CGEIT, PMP, and others.

Imtiaz is currently a trainer focused on Business Analyst and Project Management courses. He also mentors junior Business Analysts who are on the UK Business Analyst Apprentice scheme and speaks at conferences including Agile on the Beach and the IIBA Conference in South Africa in 2022. 

Imtiaz's proudest achievement has been supporting junior business analysts in their professional development, increasing their skills level, helping them to be more confident BA’s and achieving success in their career, including pay rises and promotions.
