Malini is a highly experienced Business Relationship Manager who specialises in nurturing high-performing BRMs and teams. She is regularly invited to deliver keynotes and presentations at professional and academic forums in Australia, USA, UK and India. Her personal BRM story titled 'Walk Fast, Walk Far' has been described as "the most impactful presentation" at BRMConnect 2017, Sydney. In her spare time she writes about food, culture and relationships.

Malini has written Begin the day with a tomato - Creating connection and belonging within a team and one of her proudest achievements in recent times has been supporting her team to achieve six Hall of Fame inductions in 2021! 

As an Assistant Director, Dianne is responsible for the implementation of the agricultural Development Programme, which includes the preparation of Draft Estimates of Expenditure, Achievement Reports, Implementation Schedules, Briefs, Comments, Cabinet Notes and Requests for Funds. Dianne is the Ministry’s Technical Assistance and the Food and Agriculture Organisation’s Focal Point. Some of Dianne's previous portfolios included, Statistician I, Economist I, Tariff Analyst and Senior Planning Officer. Dianne served on the National Council for Sustainable Development, Project Advisory Committee for Multilateral Environmental Agreements and participated in a training programme in India: International Programme in Financing Inclusive Agriculture and Rural Development.

Dianne has gained many awards and scholarships, which are listed below: 

• An award from the Rotary Club in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, for the best Advanced Level examination results (Secondary level education)
• Dianne was awarded a Scholarship whilst studying for her Masters Degree in Economics, to conduct research in the field of Regulatory Economics, for her Thesis.
• Dianne was awarded a Scholarship by the Government of the Republic of India, to study for a PhD in Economics.
• Dianne was awarded Scholarship by the Government of the Republic of Chile, to participate in the Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation based on International Cooperation.
• Under the Singapore Cooperation Programme’s Training Award, Dianne participated in a training programme titled: Public Private Partnerships: Infrastructure Projects Development

Dianne's proudest achievement giver her passion sustainable rural development is preparing a Rural Electrification Policy and Project Proposal recommending the extension of the electricity Grid and the utilisation of Solar Powered Panels, to provide electrification, for rural communities. Further to this achievement, Dianne is proud to have language skills in Spanish, French and German.

Daniëlle is the owner and CEO for BetterBrains@Work. She holds a master’s degree of cognitive neuroscience and specializes on coaching executives. She is also a columnist, podcast-host and professional keynote-speaker.

After graduating at the Maastricht School of Management, she worked for 20 years in the Human Resource industry. In 2011 she quit her corporate job and combined her experience with the world of psychology, interpersonal neurobiology and cognitive neurosciences.

Her long, versatile management experiences, life experience and her current network built the basis for her professional work. She has a passion in applying discoveries in neuroscience about the “Social Brain” to coaching and to leadership in general and encourages her clients to make practical use of these findings. Her mission is to create more brain-wise and inspiring workplaces where people can work with their brain and their heart.

Daniëlle’s proudest achievement is the successful completion of her master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience at the age of 53, next to her job and being a mom. She is blessed with an insatiable curiosity and happy to be part of a world-wide network. She is pleased to see that business owners and executives increasingly recognize the value of the “Social Brain”.

Svetlana Sidenko is an accomplished leader in Business Relationship Management (BRM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with over two decades of experience in business and IT transformation. As a ten-year partner of the BRM Institute, she has excelled as a BRM coach and practice leader and is recognized as a BRM Institute Master Knowledge Provider.

Her expertise was acknowledged when she was named "BRM of the Year 2024." As a Vice -President, at IT Chapter, Svetlana has pioneered and advanced BRM principles in her role as a mentor, where she has trained and coached a new generation of BRM and ITSM professionals for the past 15 years. Svetlana is a MSc in Administration, PhD (c) in Computer Science , Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM), and holds other industry certifications such as ITIL MP & SL, CGEIT, PMP, and others.

Louis currently works as an independent change consultant within law enforcement. Earlier this year he founded Granger – a career development service for those who work in organisational change and those who want to.

Prior to that Louis worked for Ignite Consulting as a change specialist and trainer and has also worked extensively in Parliament and the University sector.

Louis' proudest achievement has been helping police in England and Wales design and stand up entirely new teams focused on the volume management of potentially dangerous and vulnerable individuals.
