He now offers professional consultancy services to support public sector capital investment business case and project & programme reviews, as well as coaching and mentoring for individuals and teams in relation to NHS capital investment processes, career development and service planning.

Robert’s proudest achievement: Leading the NHS England Project Appraisal Unit for capital investment business cases, and later on the NHS England & NHS Improvement Capital Business Case Technical Support & Training Unit has been the highlight of my career.

Malini is a highly experienced Business Relationship Manager who specialises in nurturing high-performing BRMs and teams. With over 35 years of experience in P3M, consultancy, Business Analysis, Change management, and Agile methodologies, Wijnand has held diverse managerial roles in software development, large PMOs, healthcare, and government sectors.

In the last decade, specializing in certifications like Prince2, P3O, MSP, IPMA, Business Analysis, AgileBA, AgilePM, Agile Transformation, and work floor professionalisation. Wijnand's recent accomplishments include professionalising P3M practices within Rabobank's IT department, which boasts a team of 1500 employees.

Wijnand also spearheaded the creation of an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) at Ahold, enabling seamless message translation from stock control systems to the new, fully automated warehouse.

Cath's career spans both public and private sectors, specializing more recently in Contract Management and Procurement Training, with over 30 years of invaluable experience. As a seasoned professional Cath, seamlessly navigates the intricacies of the Contract Management Lifecycle, providing expert advice and delivering comprehensive training—from business case development through sourcing to meticulous contract management. Committed to continual professional development, Cath is not only a practitioner but an avid reader, ensuring her knowledge is ever-evolving.

Cath Convey, founder of a successful Learning and Development company. Cath's proudest achievement, over 30 years of marriage to her husband, both military veterans. As the programme manager for GSK’s R&D Tech separation, I led a £22m project, delivering it ahead of schedule and under budget, saving £1.5m. Managing this complex initiative to a successful conclusion, significantly exceeding expectations, stands as Ekta's proudest achievement
