Recently retired after a wide ranging 39-year career in the NHS, Robert has a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience in healthcare capital investment business case process and has worked with NHS boards to provide subject matter expertise to support delivery of significant and complex programmes of investment in all NHS sectors. He now offers professional consultancy services to support public sector capital investment business case and project & programme reviews, as well as coaching and mentoring for individuals and teams in relation to NHS capital investment processes, career development and service planning.

Robert’s proudest achievement: Leading the NHS England Project Appraisal Unit for capital investment business cases, and later on the NHS England & NHS Improvement Capital Business Case Technical Support & Training Unit has been the highlight of my career.
