Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Certification
Organizational Behavior Management (OBM)™ is a scientifically proven method for optimizing organizational performance, combining a seven-step protocol with hard data and a focus on encouraging and reinforcing positive behavioral changes. The ‘seven-steps’ include how to determine pinpoints, develop a measurement system and designing and implementing a solution.
Repeated research has shown that a staggering 70% of organizational change programs fail to meet all their objectives. In no less than 60% of those cases, ‘Behavior’ is determined as the root cause.
Used successfully worldwide for over 40 years, OBM has a proven track record of improving organizational performance in every field of business, in hundreds of reported cases, by focusing on behaviors instead of just results.
By understanding how to influence behavior, leaders can start to better understand and manage people at work, in forming a culture that contributes to meeting strategic goals such as improved customer satisfaction.

Praxis Framework™ Certification
Praxis is an openly available Project, Programme and Portfolio Management Framework, available at the Praxis Framework website.
The entire Praxis Framework is available for free online at the Praxis Framework website. If preferred, it is also available in print form from APMG Store.
The Praxis Framework Foundation & Practitioner exams are available in English, Chinese and Bahasa (Indonesian).
The Foundation exam only is also available in Dutch and Polish.
Candidates sitting a Praxis Framework exam in a second language are allowed extra time to complete the exam - i.e. Foundation exam candidates receive an additional 15 minutes, while Practitioner exam candidates receive an additional 40 minutes to complete the exam.
Please contact either your training provider or the APMG Customer team (+44 1494 452 450) to discuss your additional time requirements.
The framework includes all aspects of project, programme, and portfolio delivery. However due to the lengthy timeframe that would be required to cover project, programme and portfolio management in training, the certification syllabus only covers projects and programmes.
There are numerous best practice guides available, but none that look at all the areas needed to effectively deliver a project or programme - Knowledge, Method, Competency and Capability. Praxis encompasses all the elements needed to deliver a successful project or programme, all in one framework. It is also the first framework to integrate projects, programmes and portfolios.
