Darrel Popowich

Coaching executives across the world, Darrel is a respected thought leader in his field, with a passion for leadership and business relationship management (BRM). He has been involved with BRM training and implementation for many organizations and has spoken at a number of CIO conferences on the topic. His extensive experience in technology and business make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Christina Sejr Pedersen

Director of Half Double Institute

Christina has been Newly appointed executive director of the Half Double Institute, while also being a Co-founder of the Half Double methodology. She has  over 25 years of project management experience from the public and private sectors across multiple continents.

Awards and Nominations - 

Christina was appointed PMO leader of the year in 2011 for her role as PMO director at Coloplast, Denmark, In 2018 she was also awarded the Hamdan bin Mohammed award for innovation in project management for the Half Double Methodology

Christina is particularly passionate about improving project performance worldwide and across public and private sectors. Half Double Institute is currently only 35% successful in projects, so she hopes to improve as an industry. 

Wijnand Lens

Lead Trainer at Capgemini

With over 35 years of experience in P3M, consultancy, Business Analysis, Change management, and Agile methodologies, Wijnand has held diverse managerial roles in software development, large PMOs, healthcare, and government sectors.

In the last decade, specializing in certifications like Prince2, P3O, MSP, IPMA, Business Analysis, AgileBA, AgilePM, Agile Transformation, and work floor professionalisation. Wijnand's recent accomplishments include professionalising P3M practices within Rabobank's IT department, which boasts a team of 1500 employees.

Wijnand also spearheaded the creation of an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) at Ahold, enabling seamless message translation from stock control systems to the new, fully automated warehouse.

Mark Rozner

Founder and Principal Consultant, Sunrise Path LLC

Mark Rozner has over four decades of leadership experience in highly visible and complex health care, financial services, and corporate support organizations. He founded Sunrise Path LLC in 2018, a continuation of his passion for transforming how healthcare is delivered and shaping the craft of project management. Recently semi-retired, he dedicates much of his time and energy into transferring his knowledge to future generations through mentoring and regularly contributing to online communities. An active member of the Project Management Institute since 2003, receiving his PMP Certification. He also has certifications in change acceleration and quality management.

Mark is most proud of his time working in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality, safety, and satisfaction of patient care.  He led projects at multiple regional health systems, including work to implement standardized physician order-sets, create clinician consortiums across the system, and leading a portfolio of projects addressing preventable harm in the hospital.

Ekta Singh

Operations Director, Thought Agile Ltd

Ekta is the Management Consultant at Cognizant specialising in PM/PMO roles. She is currently assigned within the Haleon Quality Supply Chain group as Programme PMO lead with key focus on managing finances. Ekta has over 10 years of overall project management experience

As the programme manager for GSK’s R&D Tech separation, I led a £22m project, delivering it ahead of schedule and under budget, saving £1.5m. Managing this complex initiative to a successful conclusion, significantly exceeding expectations, stands as Ekta's proudest achievement
