A little over a year ago, I convinced my employer to move me from my Marketing Manager position (bidding part-time) to RFP & Diversity Programs Manager so I could concentrate on full-time bid sourcing and proposal management. Even though I have previous proposal experience, I have never worked on a proposal team and don’t have peers to brainstorm or learn from. I pursued certification to learn more about the industry and its standards and to take advantage of the community to share ideas. It has been extremely helpful to feel like I have a “team” behind me!
Pursuing this certification was important to me for a few reasons. By expanding my knowledge and learning current best practices, I can share this information and make important contributions to the team as it relates to proposal management. Also, with my original background in Sales and over the last year and half in Proposal Management, the training received has helped me to be able to mentor my colleagues on those best practices. As I have benefited from guidance of others all my life, I now can share what I have learned and assist my team in presenting the best product for my company and its customers.

すべての記録、電子証明書、バッジには、APMG候補者ポータルからいつでもアクセスできます。
候補者ポータルにログインしたら、画面上部のメニューバーから「バッジと証明書」オプションをクリックしてください。そこから「バッジ/証明書の作成」ボタンをクリックします。これによりCredlyプラットフォームに移動し、アカウントを作成してバッジと証明書をダウンロードすることができます。
詳細な手順ガイドは、候補者ポータルの「バッジと証明書」エリアからダウンロードできます。
電子証明書は環境に優しいですが、必要に応じてご自宅や職場で証明書を印刷することもできます。
問題がございましたら、カスタマーサービスチームまでお気軽にご連絡ください。
受験者ガイダンス契約書に記載されているように、追加ソフトウェアをダウンロードする管理者権限とアクセス権がない会社のデバイスを使用すると、ProctorUで試験を受ける際に問題が発生する傾向があります。
ProctorUで再度試験を受けたい場合は、再スケジュール料32ポンド（受験者ポータルで支払い可能）を支払う必要があり、その後で新しい日時を選択することができます。
alternatively、AIPPサービスを通じて試験を再スケジュールすることもでき、追加ソフトウェアをダウンロードすることなくZoom上で試験を受けることができます。ただし、AIPPを通じて利用できる試験枠は少なくなっていますのでご注意ください。

試験中に問題があったと感じた場合は、customerservice@apmgroup.co.ukに申し立てを提出することができます。申し立てを確認の上、回答いたします。申し立てプロセスの詳細については、APMGのポリシーをご覧ください。
結果に不服がある場合は、証拠を添えて書面での申し立てをcustomerservice@apmgroup.co.ukまでメールでお送りください。申し立ての内容を確認の上、ご回答いたします。不服申し立ての詳しい手続きについては、APMGのポリシーをご覧ください。
試験結果は受験後6～12時間で処理されます。合格をお知らせするメールが送信され、公式結果を確認できるCandidate Portalへのご案内も含まれています。そこからCredy.comでアカウントを作成し、デジタルバッジと証明書にアクセスできます。
研修機関が受験者の結果を確認してから公開することを指定しています。結果をより早く確認したい場合は、ATOに直接連絡して結果を請求することができます。結果が公開された後、ポータルの証明書セクションにあるCredlyアカウントでデジタルバッジを作成/閲覧し、デジタル証明書をダウンロードすることができます。
2018年以降、AXELOSの資格登録を終了しており、認定証を発行することができません。
この時期以前にAXELOSの資格を取得された方は、カスタマーサービスに受験者番号を添えてご連絡いただければ、当社のシステムに認定証の写しが残っているかを確認させていただきます。
また、受験者番号を添えてIT PeopleCertに直接お問い合わせいただくことも可能です。
受験者番号をお持ちでない場合は、ご提供させていただくことが可能です。また、当社で受験された試験については、確認書の発行も承ります。
試験に合格すると、新しい認定証の証として、デジタルバッジを請求するオプションがすぐに表示されます。バッジは、メールの署名、ウェブサイト、デジタル履歴書に埋め込んだり、LinkedInで共有したりすることができます。

トレーナーは、APMG Internationalの検索ツールを使用して見つけることができる認定研修機関（ATO）のスポンサーシップを受ける必要があります。スポンサーとなるATOは、トレーナー申請書をAPMGに提出する必要があります。
試験の合格基準を含む要件は認定によって異なります。詳細については、お問い合わせください。
認定トレーニング機関（ATO）になるには、認定の申請を行うか、お近くのAPMGオフィスにお問い合わせください。適格と判断された場合、請求書を受け取り、APMG InternationalのATO評価を受けることになります。
