APMG has donated 15 exams to Project DPros appeal to support project managers, in the developing world. Join us in helping increase the impact 25 project managers will have in 2021 on the communities they serve, by sponsoring their training and certification.
Over the last 10 years Project DPro has helped over 30,000 development and humanitarian sector professionals around the world. Many of them work for small, local organizations in their own communities. Many of them are volunteers. All could benefit from learning more about project management to better serve their communities. For example, a community women’s group working in a slum may be able to improve their service delivery through the logical framework and risk analysis. A farmers’ cooperative may benefit from better understanding stakeholders and understanding how to measure the progress of their initiatives.
PM4NGOs project management guide, Project DPro, is available free of charge, but many professionals would also like the opportunity to gain certification. This is where you can help. PM4NGOs is raising funds to provide scholarships to blossoming project managers in the developing world. When they reach their goal of $5,625, 25 project managers in developing countries will receive:
- Access to online training
- Be able to take the Project DPro (PMD Pro) certification exam
- A lifetime access to a professional development platform (PMD Pro+) will be granted to those who successfully pass the exam, helping them to continuing improve their skills, access tools and project management resources, and interact with other certified professionals around the world.
