This innovative solution, developed by Assentire and accredited by APMG, utilizes the Navigating Collaboration gamification techniques to develop more agile, collaborative and high performing groups and teams.
The Certification
Collaboration is a key factor in any successful project, product or team. The approach is ideally suited to professionals working in, or working towards, becoming a Scrum Master, Team Manager, Team Facilitator or Project Leader.
A certified Facilitator will have the ability to set up collaboration workshops and, using the ACE suite of tools and techniques, truly understand the group or team dynamics within an organization.
As an organization, gaining true realistic and unbiased insights into team performance and inter team relationships can be almost impossible without third party independent review.
