Master the role of a Business Analyst in an Agile environment

I learned a lot and will be applying my new knowledge, not just on new client projects, but in my own company.
I like that the theory behind the course is structured and well organized. In the future I hope that this would give me a broader perspective on the needs of the customer, how to handle their requests and all that for everybody's benefit.
The Handbook is excellent. It gives both model frameworks and practical guidance. It certainly helps to develop an agile approach to business analysis, very useful in the fast-changing environment of the corporate world.
I really enjoyed the practical exercise component as it allowed me to immediately try the new skills that I had just learnt, and to practise these in an environment that was supportive. I have already applied many of my recently learnt skills in my role as a junior analyst on our project.
The training and certification experience gave me a much greater understanding of an Agile BA's domain and I believe that was a large factor in facilitating my move into a permanent Business Analyst role.
Personally, I applied the theory and methodology into my job immediately, which was very rewarding.
