SIAM is a professional service management certification that confirms specialized skills in managing multiple service providers.

As an examination institute, APMG is joined by EXIN and BCS in proliferating the certification globally.

The SIAM methodology

The certification is based on an innovative methodology that details an approach to integrating multiple service providers into a single streamlined ecosystem.

By certifying an individual’s proficiency using the SIAM method – certified professionals can optimise an organization’s service delivery.

This is achieved by gaining better sight of service providers’ activities and assurance that they are fulfilling their contractual obligations – while making sure their activities are aligned with the organization’s objective of providing optimal service to its customers.

SIAM Professional

SIAM Professional builds upon SIAM Foundation – confirming an individual’s high proficiency in using the methodology.

The professional level is aimed at experienced service managers – particularly those responsible for managing multiple service suppliers.

Getting certified

Although recommended – being SIAM Foundation certified is not a pre-requisite for pursuing the Professional certification.

Training courses are delivered by APMG’s network of Accredited Training Organizations (ATOs) - which can be found on the SIAM product page.

SIAM Professional certified individuals are also awarded a digital badge to showcase their certified status online.
