The new kids on the block are disrupting paradigms.

Wikipedia generation

FitSM and the Praxis Framework are breaking down walls as part of the ‘Wikipedia generation”. Together they are making the basic principles and best practice in IT service management (ITSM) and project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) globally more accessible and usable.

FitSM and the Praxis Framework are not reinventing the wheel for ITSM or P3M, they are simplifying accepted best practice and making it freely accessible to all.

Royalty free resources

Those new to these professions need access to the basics openly and freely. Notice that being ‘free’ is not the only, or even the most important, part of that sentence. The value of something that is free is diminished if it is not readily accessible or if it is not open to evolutionary changes driven by the more experienced members of those professions.
